Photographed, measured, published

Everything on this page is a real strand that left our bench — shot on the table it was finished on, under one light, with nothing retouched. Where a dimension matters, the caliper is in the frame.

Under the caliper

A dimension is either measured or it is a claim

Twelve readings off finished strands, 5.45 mm to 12.74 mm, each one photographed while the caliper was still on the bead. Buyers are welcome to compare them against the sample set.

5.45to12.74mm

12 readings taken off finished strands, photographed as they were read. The band under each number is the diameter guide we publish for buyers.

Atelier film

Amber moving under light

A still photograph can be argued with. These were filmed in single takes on the bench, with no cuts, no colour grade and no stabilisation — the way the material actually behaves as it turns.

The full set

Thirty-six frames from one production run

Finished strands, the same strands in quantity, and the calipers that checked them. Open any frame to see it at full size.

These frames show our own production. Photography and film of client programmes are supplied to the client under their own brand and are never published here without written permission — which is why you will not find another company’s name anywhere on this site.

Specify it yourself

Ten profiles, five diameters, four bead counts

Change anything and the strand is rebuilt — the loop lengthens to carry what you asked for, exactly as it would on the bench.
