OEM / ODM

Your specification, or ours — never anyone else's

Two structures, one standard. In both, the design ends up belonging to you, the tooling is archived under your account, and nothing produced for you is ever produced for another client.

Repeatability

The second order is the real test

Brands move from a trading company to a manufacturer for one reason, and it is almost always the same one: the second order did not match the first. An intermediary cannot control which workshop fills a repeat order, so it cannot promise consistency — it can only hope for it.

We record material batch, tooling, finish profile, cord specification and inspection results for every production run. A reorder is executed against that record, not against a fresh interpretation of the original brief.

That production file is the single most valuable thing we hand a client, and it stays valid for as long as the relationship does.

What you get

Questions

OEM and ODM, answered

In OEM you supply the design and we manufacture it. In ODM our studio develops the design against your brief and produces it exclusively for you. In both cases the intellectual property ends up with you.

No. Client designs, tooling, colour recipes and finish profiles are exclusive and are retired from general production.

Yes — STEP, IGES, DWG and PDF are all workable. We return a free manufacturability review before quoting.

One hundred pieces per specification, with lower thresholds available during development.

Next step

Send drawings, or send a brief.

Either is a starting point. Drawings receive a free manufacturability review; a brief receives two or three design directions with costs stated openly.
